Jack: Recently we decided to go through the folders of footage we'd accumulated over the years. We thought it was about time we started our very own YouTube channel, uploading weekly videos with the express intention of bringing wild swimming to your different devices. We'll be releasing new updates weekly with the help of our videographer (and my lovely girlfriend) Beth Harrison.

While we're getting the channel up and running we've decided to split our content into these five categories. Below you'll find short descriptions of what you can expect to find on each one:

Event: Throughout the year we're lucky enough to be invited to different talks, festivals and swimming events. There we share our stories, occasionally lead swims and always do our best to film whatever unfolds. Now that we've moved down to London there's always something going on in the wild swimming community - you're never short of urbanites looking to escape the grind and cut loose in wilder waters.

Bloopers: We don't consider ourselves competitive athletes and we like to have as much fun as possible while we're wild swimming. What's the point swimming with your brothers if you can't ambush and attack them from time to time? So, in this playlist you'll find all those less serious moments when things didn't exactly go according to plan.

Adventure: These are the biggies - a carefully filmed and edited selection of expedition footage covering each of our adventures as they unfold.

Kit Review: We're . Our sponsors help us out with  kit from time to time and we're always amazed by how . Here we'll get together and review each piece of equipment, being sure to weight up the pros and cons as we do so.

Go Swim: In this playlist you'll find a catalogue of different swim spots. We hope to inspire you to get out and plan your own adventures. We always try to choose exciting new places where you wouldn't usually think to swim. Of course, there are plenty of lidos in there as well, but who doesn't love a good lido!

So, there you go, we hope you enjoy browsing this archive. You can use the YouTube links in each video if you want to get the full screen experience. All of these videos have been shot using a small amount of equipment: a Sony a6000 without additional lenses, a GoPro Hero 7 and a Phantom Drone (operated by James Silson). And remember, cold or uncomfortable as it might sometimes look, wild swimming is always good for you - just ask our mum:

I think the swims are just magic - I don’t want to be an old fuddy-daddy.
— Tina Wild (Wild Swimming Mother)
